This Project was a mixed use development consisting of 2 levels of apartments and a commercial tenancy at ground level
Completed in 2019 the building had some highly architectural finishes and complicated façade details
67 Kerferd
This project completed in April 2021 consisted of a full internal renovation of the existing and a 2 story extension including a pool at the rear of the property.
9 Hampden
This fully renovated family home consisted of a rear 2 level extension and partial renovation to the existing residence. There was a pool and garage added in the rear yard as well

Gwenda Ave
Our Gwenda Ave project included a full renovation to a small suburban family home. Whit the addition of a highly architectural extension the 1960’s 3 bed family house was dragged into the 21st century.
