Next Generation Constructions were able to produce a bespoke architectural product. NG Constructions expertly carried out contemporary alterations and additions to an existing home in a Heritage Overlay. Special consideration, expert coordination and on site skills were required, including: renovations to the heritage cottage, special finishes to the new works, coordinated junctions, bespoke windows, concealed sliding doors systems and internal joinery and fixed furniture. One of the clients is an electrical engineer. A high level specification for the electrical installation was documented. NG's expert sparkies were able to ensure the complex electrical fit-out was completed to a high standard using the most up to date techniques. Next Gen were able to complete this project professionally with special attention to detail and service.

We engaged Mick and his team Next Generation Constructions to carry out the renovation of our Victorian home in Armadale. We chose Next Generation as we found Mick receptive and honest and having a considered response to the unique design challenges we had renovating a period home.
