Next Generation Constructions is a Melbourne based Builder, Project Manager and Asset Maintenance Manager. Established in 2008 Next Generation Constructions designs, builds and maintains both commercial and residential projects in Victoria. The Next Generation Construction team has considerable depth of construction and project management experience gained from the delivery of simple domestic renovations to the construction of landmark commercial and public buildings. In addition to building residential houses and multiunit developments Next Generation Constructions also builds and refits offices, custom makes shop-fits and provides asset maintenance services for existing facilities. In a short time Next Generation Constructions has established a reputation for quality workmanship delivered before time and often under budget in order to exceed clients expectations. All the project information is available and formatted to be used on any technology platform both fixed and mobile . All communication issues are recorded and kept in the 'Cloud" in a manner that is easy and transparent to all parties. Communication is recorded and tagged based on the issue(s) being discussed so that all stakeholders are able to trace who said what and when.
