PROJECT COMMUNICATION
At Next Generation Constructions we understand that good projects depends heavily on communication. We use only cloud based administration systems that communicate seamlessly in the same manner that we try to communicate with our clients and contractors.
One of the distinguishing features between good builders and excellent builders is the methodology used to manage the communications process between the client and the builder. Next Generation Constructions excels at making sure the client gets the answer they want in a timely fashion.
Our systems make it easier for you to see what the agreed budget is, how much has been spent and how much is left to spend as any stage in the project. Being able to see whats going in a project on any platform ie iPad, phone or laptop at any given time saves a lot of time that is better spent getting on with the job.

PRE-CONSTRUCTION PHASE
Next Generation Constructions will work with you and your architect to help realise your built vision or we can both design and construct your project to make it more economical.
Next Generation Constructions offers:
1. Price based on a fixed sum price or
2. Work with you the client to manage the build cost in an open book contract.
Either methodology has its limitation and benefits so it just depends on what suit you. In our experience the element of trust between all parties can offer additional savings that aren't possible if the builder has to price in all the risk into the quotation.
We aim to price all our projects competitively and we often gain cost savings because of the way we work with our sub-contractors. Our hand picked sub-contractors work predominately for us so we get better pricing, better overall quality and better site attendance than many other builders can offer.

CONSTRUCTION PHASE
The construction phase is alway made simpler if the planning phase has been completed throughly and with attention to detail. Once construction has commenced Next Generation works closely with all stakeholders to manage all aspects of time, cost and communication. Next Generation Construction manages all construction related issues from site OH&S issues to meeting legal requirements with third parties like local government and utilities.

POST CONSTRUCTION PHASE
It always pays to have satisfied customers. This is especially true if your reputation is important to you. The team at Next Generation Constructions works tirelessly toward always pleasing our clients. This means that our projects don't really end at practical completion. We continue to support our product well after we have left the site. Sometimes this is by maintaining ongoing discussions with clients about other building activities and sometimes it is in the form of an ongoing maintenance contract to maintain the building.
