Continue with office refurbishment of UCA head office space and new facilities in Brighton. Also awarded new residential development in Mont Albert.

Refit of existing Hall and Toilet block at the Hampton Uniting Church involving Change out all existing windows and reroof. New fit-out fo toilet block, repairing church doors, repainting church externally and replacing wire stainglass window covers with new perspex cover shields.
