Next Generation Constructions also has recently created a maintenance division to compliment our increasing diverse client base. Our maintenance team will take care of all your maintenance needs including assessment of useful life and replacement versus continued maintenance analysis. Next Generation Constructions will work within you and your operational budget to deliver the best value maintenance program possible. Although much of our maintenance works is contractual we also do ad-hoc maintenance so call us for a quote.
ROUTINE MAINTENANCE
Routine maintenance might include annual waterproof checks, annual exit light checking or ongoing external lighting replacement programs. You may need temporary roof sealing or tile sealing, or it could be as simple as fixing a door lock or changing carpet tiles we can provide a quick turn-around service. Give us a call for a time to attend. Depending on the job, we may be able to give you a cost estimate over the phone.
MINOR WORKS MAINTENANCE
Next Generation Constructions also perform minor works under your maintenance contract. Minor works might include window replacement, mechanical services refits, external and internal tile replacement, reproofing or gutter replacement, switchboard upgrades, plumbing upgrades or LED lighting refits. We will provide you a written quote detailing a time plan and an explanation of what needs to be done to get the best results.
MAJOR WORKS MAINTENANCE
Next Generation Constructions also performs major maintenance works. Major works might include,
