Similar to residential renovations our clients frequently want to include specific appliances or additions to their office kitchens that are not included in the Architect's design schedule. Things like commercial ovens and dishwashers, zippy boiling units, under bench fridges or custom range hoods. No problems... we source, supply and install any additional items required even if it is a 'last minute' change.

New office fit outs vary considerably based on clients budget. We work closely with clients to understand their vision of their new office space and provide feedback of what is possible in achieving that vision within their budget expectations. This is often the most difficult phase of communication between builders and clients. Our response is to to be as open and flexible to our clients suggestions as possible whilst respectfully advising any limitations to the scope of works.
