Next Generation Constructions is fully licensed Commercial Builder and carries full insurance for both domestic and commercial construction. Our range of building services includes new office fit-outs, new office and multi purpose developments and multi-unit residential developments. We also offer design, building consultation, project management and all types of project maintenance services. Our main office is located in Surrey Hills, Melbourne.
Our Managing Director Mr Michael Pope has many years experience building landmark buildings throughout Australia and the world with some of Australia's major listed builders. Mr Colin Hanna has been a property developer and investor for more than 15 years. Combining the skills of the Directors with the skills of many selected specialist subcontractors Next Generation Constructions is positioned to achieve the highest standard of finished product for clients.
All our preferred subcontractors have a proven track record of quality and are able to perform tasks quickly because they are engaged almost exclusively by Next Generation Constructions. Mr Michael (Mick) Pope is Managing Director at Next Generation Constructions. Mick is a registered building practitioner in both residential and commercial building with over 30 years experience in the Australian Construction Industry. Mick was also Managing Director at Structural Systems Pty Ltd for a number of years and was a Operations Manager at Grollo Pty Ltd. Mick has continues to consult widely to Australian Construction Industry and is considered an authority on the construction of landmark commercial and residential towers specialising in the construction of building formwork.
Mr Colin Hanna is our Commercial Director. Colin has a Masters of Project Management and 15 years of Property Development experience as Director of Coramto Pty ltd. He has also spent 15 years in Operations and Infrastructure Management in both the energy and telecommunications sectors at United Energy Pty Ltd and at Uecomm Pty Ltd. His corporate experience includes project, logistics, risk and facilities management. He has also owned and operated several businesses.
